This workshop will give students a functional understanding of Grasshopper and Parametric design. This will allow them to build on this understanding into more advanced projects of their own including design optimization with RhinoCAM-NEST and creating their models on a laser machine. Basic knowledge of Rhino 5 is required to be able to take this training.
This course is for design professionals who are looking to efficiently learn concepts and features of Grasshopper at an accelerated pace in an instructor-led online environment.
The online course will meet for a total of four sessions. We will have a short orientation to cover the GoToTraining module. The Grasshopper training sessions will be split into three half-day sessions.
This class is for designers of all creative fields. Attendees will learn to create and edit accurate free-form 3-D NURBS models. This is a 2-day fast-moving class that covers Rhino's functionality, including advanced surfacing commands.

In this one day class we will introduce designers to the power of RhinoCAM 2016. Starting out with an introduction to the user interface, the class will cover RhinoCAM's 2 1/2 and 3 axis milling operations and will introduce them to RhinoCAM’s Nesting module.

Previous basic knowledge of Grasshopper is required (or take Grasshopper Basic online class first).

The class will be conducted in English using the GoToTraining software.
You will need Rhino 5.0 for Windows or the Rhino 5.0 for Windows Eval installed.
You will also need the latest build of Grasshopper.
Grasshopper for Windows is recommended and will be used by the instructor in the training. Students are welcome to use the Grasshopper for Mac but need to aware that it is WIP and may not have all the features of the Grasshopper plugin for Windows at the time of the training.
